What is coaching?

Coaching is a forward-looking partnership shaped around your goals, challenges, and the kind of change you want to create.
It’s a space for reflection where you can clarify direction, work through what’s getting in the way and move forward with intention.
At the core of coaching is a simple belief: you already have the resources you need. The coach’s role is not to give you answers, but to help you see more clearly, explore new perspectives, and translate insight into action through structure, accountability, and intentional practice.

How is coaching different from other forms of support?
  • Therapy is a healthcare profession focused on mental health and emotional wellbeing. It can support healing, coping, and understanding personal history, patterns, and emotional responses.
  • Mentoring is guidance from someone with experience in a similar path, who shares insight and advice based on what worked for them.
  • Consulting is typically solution-focused and recommendation-based: someone analyses a situation and proposes strategies, frameworks, or structured direction (often in business contexts).
  • Training / teaching provides structured learning: knowledge and skills are taught through lessons, content, and guided practice.

Coaching focuses on helping you move forward toward a goal through reflection, clarity, mindset work, and consistent follow-through without prescribing “the right answer”.

How does coaching work (structure + number of sessions)?

Coaching starts with a short orientation call to understand where you are and what you want to work on.
From there, we agree on a coaching setup that fits your goal and pace. Most clients benefit from a regular rhythm (weekly is recommended), so the work stays active and builds momentum over time.
Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes, online.

How is coaching priced?

Coaching is offered in session packages (most people begin with a 6- or 12-session series).
During the orientation call, we’ll align on the setup that fits your goal and pace and go through the investment clearly and transparently.

Can the number of sessions change over time?

Yes. Coaching is designed to remain useful and aligned as you evolve.
You can start with an initial series and then adjust the length or direction of the work depending on progress, new priorities, or what you feel you need next.

In which languages are sessions available?

Sessions are available in English and Italian.

The Journey Program

What is The Journey, exactly?

The Journey is a structured 1:1 self-development program. It blends learning, guided reflection, practical tools and structured practice to support intentional growth, from self-discovery to aligned action.

How is The Journey different from coaching?
  • Coaching adapts fully to your goal and what’s happening in your life right now.
  • The Journey follows a clear path (two levels + four stages), with specific themes and tools designed to build strong foundations first, then momentum.

If you’re not sure which one fits best, we’ll clarify it in the orientation call.

How does it work (levels & session structure)?

The Journey is offered as a complete two-level experience, designed to be taken as one coherent path:

  • Level 1 - Inner Foundations
  • Level 2 - Applied Momentum

Each level builds on the previous one and combines guided sessions, practical tools, and integration practices to support real progress over time.
The pace is adapted to you: we move to the next level when you’re ready, based on how the work is unfolding and what you need most. As a reference, The Journey includes a minimum of 8 sessions per level, with the option to extend if deeper work is needed.

What happens in a typical session?

Sessions include:

  1. a check-in on what’s emerging
  2. a focused exploration of a key concept
  3. practical tools/exercises applied to your real context
  4. a simple practice to integrate between sessions
What happens between sessions?

Between sessions you’ll receive simple integration practices (reflections, prompts, or small experiments).
They’re designed to keep the process alive in everyday life.

Is everything confidential? Are sessions recorded?

Yes, what you share is confidential.
Sessions are not recorded, to protect privacy and create a safe space.

In what language is The Journey offered?

The Journey is available in English and Italian.

How does payment work for The Journey?

The Journey is offered as a complete two-level experience. You can choose to pay in full or split into two payments, aligned with the two levels.
During the discovery call, we’ll go through the details together. If you decide to join, we’ll confirm the payment option and reserve your place.

What is the cancellation policy?

Since time and sessions are reserved specifically for you, cancellations are managed with clarity and fairness.
Full details are shared before starting, so everything is transparent from day one.

How do I begin?

Start by sending a request through the form.
You’ll then receive a message to arrange a short orientation call and if it feels aligned, we begin Level 1.
